Junior Digital Designer

We are currently working alongside an ambitious independent Creative Agency in the heart of Central London. Currently a small to mid-sized team of 20, consisting of developers, digital and print creatives, animators, editors, account and project managers and an exceptional leadership team committed to internal development and growth. The agency produce a range of creatively led work for clients across multiple industries including Food & Drink, technology, fashion/retail, TV and sports.

The perfect candidate for this position will be a creative designer who can combine a good message/feel with strong visual ideas in multiple media types. You’ll find exposure to an exciting range of clients and projects, including marketing material and branding tasks, right the way through to small video/animation gifs and web page mockups/designs. Over time this person will have the opportunity to take ownership of a project from ideation to completion, which could include wireframing, UI design and asset creation.

Skills Required:

• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Sketch
• InVision
• After Effects – Not essential but desirable

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• To create captivating and powerful digital designs for web, apps and social media
• Develop, create and take brands to a new level of impactful digital design
• Create scamps, prototypes, mock ups and champion design within the agency
• Pitching creative concepts and be part of client meetings to gaining full and clear insights into their brand vision
• Working collaboratively with our design and project management teams, thereby ensuring our client’s visions are brought to life in the most exciting and innovative way
• Undertake effective and insightful research to produce fresh and unique concepts
